Letter about Independent Australian Foreign Policy

I am writing to ask you to support an independent Australian foreign policy. Alliances and trade deals should be judged on whether they serve Australia, not on whether they match another capital's preferences. Please support decisions that keep our sovereignty intact, and be willing to explain — in public — when we align with partners and when we do not. I would like to know how you will represent that standard this term.
